### What is a Role Play?

An SDR’s greatest weapon is their voice and quick thinking. Instead of just reading your CV, we want to hear how you handle a live conversation. The Role Play is a short, interactive simulation where you act as a Belkins SDR and pitch a prospect.

### How it works

Three steps and no scheduling. Here is what to expect:

- You’ll hop on a quick live simulation or record your pitch right away.

### What comes after the Role Play?

Two outcomes, and both are useful:

- Pass: If you handle the objections smoothly and show great energy, you skip the initial screening and go straight to a final interview with our Unit Leads.
- Fail: Don’t worry — if it’s not a match, we’ll still give you actionable, direct feedback on your sales framework that you can use anywhere.

## Who is a Belkins SDR?

Currently, we’re looking for a results-driven, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you’ll drive success for our clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality appointments.

### In this role, you’ll be on the front line of outreach:

- Making calls
- Holding conversations
- Building relationships that turn prospects into sales opportunities
- You’ll represent clients across various industries, executing outbound strategies and refining your approach to maximize conversions.
