How does Belkins business model look like?
We work with your clients on your behalf, under the name of your brand. Our collaboration goes in three steps:

Step 1: We make a contract in which Belkins agrees to a setup phase in which we adjust all our onboarding materials, report sheet design and ICP to match your brand’s voice and goals to ensure that all processes are executed on your behalf.

Step 2: You take a call with our sales executive, who then shares their sales insights with you

Step 3: Once you have all the materials, teams, and information, you’re ready to go. You put our sales managers on a call with your customers and they start working with your clients on your behalf.

For your clients, you can price the services provided by our teams as you see fit as long as we receive the payment established by the pricing package of your choice.
How do you communicate during outsource?
The performance of our White Label Program is monitored and managed by our dedicated Account Manager who observes all the progress.

Also, AMs are assigned to your clients as well - within our White Label Program up to 10 AMs can be assigned to work with your clients.

You can reach our White Label Program Account Manager via email, Skype and any other messenger of your preference. Once per month, you will take a call with them to discuss the plans for the next month: client number, how many clients to onboard, etc.

Our Account Managers are also regularly available to your clients through the same means of communication.
How do I evaluate the results of your work?
Our White Label Account Manager sends you a detailed report on the results complete with progress metrics, general success evaluation, suggestions, and recommendations. The quality of our team’s work with your clients is evaluated through established KPIs and weekly reports that document the work done and the results achieved. We also discuss these reports with you in weekly calls.
