Is pay-per-appointment lead gen the right fit for you?

This model works when your market is big enough to support months of outreach at scale. Your company size matters less than the size of the market you sell to.

  • A large target market: enough companies and contacts to keep outreach running for up to six months
  • A clearly defined ideal customer: you can name the roles, company types and regions you want, and the ones to exclude
  • Enough contacts to reach, so campaigns run without building prospect lists account by account
  • An offer that’s easy to explain in a short email or LinkedIn message
  • One core message and sequence that works across large prospect groups
  • A team ready for the appointments: a connected calendar, prompt feedback and follow-up with every prospect

Selling to a narrow list of accounts or a complex buying committee? Our standard appointment setting service is built for that.

How we make sure your appointments are qualified

A meeting counts against your package only when it meets criteria we agree on with you before kicking off.

  • Matches your ideal customer

The prospect has the right role, company type, and region, and isn’t on your exclusion list.

  • Comes from our campaigns

We reached the prospect through the email and LinkedIn outreach we run for you.

  • Shows real interest

The prospect agreed to discuss your offer or a business problem your company solves.

  • Lands in your calendar

The appointment is scheduled through our booking platform and added to your connected calendar.

  • Arrives with context

You know who the prospect is and which company they represent so that you can prepare.

  • Isn’t a duplicate

The prospect isn’t an existing customer, an open opportunity, a competitor, or someone already booked.

If an appointment doesn’t meet these criteria, you can challenge it. Once we confirm it, the appointment goes back into your package.

How you stay in touch

Updates arrive asynchronously, and monthly reports show your appointments and remaining balance. When you want to talk things through, request a monthly meeting or an ad hoc call when something needs attention.

Pay per meeting vs. a standard retainer

Pay-per-appointment B2B service is a separate product with a narrower scope, not a discounted version of our typical service. That narrower scope is what makes per-appointment pricing possible.

FAQ

  • Is pay per appointment a discounted version of your standard service?

No. It’s a separate product with a narrower scope: email and LinkedIn only, one GTM Specialist, and asynchronous communication. That scope is what makes per-appointment pricing possible. If you need more channels or in-depth research on every prospect, our standard appointment setting or account-based marketing services are a better fit.

  • What do you do to ensure that the appointments are worth our time?

Before launch, we agree with you on what a qualified appointment looks like — the prospect’s role, company, region, and whether they have genuine interest in your offer. After each call, you decide whether or not it met those criteria. If it didn’t, you can challenge it, and once we confirm, the appointment goes back into your package.

  • Is there a minimum number of appointments?

Yes, the packages start at 10 appointments.

  • Is there a long-term contract?

No, you only buy a package of appointments, and we deliver it within six months of your campaign launch. When your package runs out, you can start a new one.

  • How do you track my appointments and remaining balance?

We schedule meetings through our proprietary platform, which is linked to your calendar. You can see each appointment’s status and your remaining balance at any time, and you get a monthly report on your campaign.

  • What happens if a prospect doesn’t show up?

Mark the appointment for rescheduling, and your GTM Specialist will work to rebook it. A no-show doesn’t use up an appointment from your package.

  • What if an appointment doesn’t meet the agreed criteria?

Flag it when you answer the post-call feedback request and share the call recording, audio, or transcript. We review it, and if we confirm it didn’t qualify, we put the appointment back into your package.

  • What happens if not all appointments are delivered within six months?

First, we work with you to make up the shortfall. If that doesn’t resolve it, you can get a partial refund for the unused appointments. The setup fee isn’t refundable.

  • What do you need from us to get started?

Clear details on your ideal customers and offer during onboarding, up-to-date calendar availability, and prompt answers to post-call feedback requests. You also attend the appointments, or give notice if one needs to move, and follow up with every prospect afterward.

  • What’s not included?

Cold calling and other channels beyond email and LinkedIn, Slack support or weekly calls, account research, fully custom messages for every prospect, and CRM or pipeline management. We also don’t guarantee closed-won deals or immediate revenue.

  • Can we add cold calling?

Cold calling isn’t part of the pay-per-appointment package. If phone outreach matters for your market, our standard appointment setting or cold calling services cover it.
